Releases of Liens should be filed and recorded at a County Courthouse in the State where the property is located or registered (you can consult your Tax Bill for direction). The Security Personnel who clears you for entry into the Courthouse can direct you to the exact floor and location of the proper clerk, who can assist you. A nominal fee will be charged by the Court for this service.
