How long will it really take to pick up my new used car?
Run! The dealership is trying to sell you car that still has a lien on it from the previous owner. You do not want the car if the lien is not released because that means you would owe the amount of the lien to the holder of that lien. Shouldnt take more than a day or a week to get the release and a clear title depending on which state you are in. I have never heard of this happening before, I mainly sold new cars, not used.
