How do I get a lien amount released?
Please obtain a statement of account from bank, where loan balance will be nil. Accordingly you may seek release of charged securities by the Bank. If there is no security, bank statement of account with nil balance will indicate no lien. If the problem persists please make a complain to the Regional Office of the bank with necessary details. The issue will be resolved.
